A: We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely happy, you can return any unworn, unwashed items with their original tags attached within28 daysof receipt for a full refund.
A: To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account and go to 'Order History'.
- Select the order and item(s) you wish to return.
- Print your returns note and postage label.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, attach the label, and drop it at your nearest Post Office.
A: For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return postage cost. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. If you received a faulty or incorrect item, we will gladly cover the return postage costs.
A: Once we receive your return at our warehouse, it takes5-10 working daysto process the refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for the funds to show in your account.
A: We don't offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to get a different size or colour is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
A: Yes, our website's live inventory is very accurate. If an item is available to purchase on the site, it is in our warehouse. If an item is out of stock, the size/option will be greyed out
A: We restock popular items regularly! If your size is out of stock, you can usually sign up for a 'Restock Alert' on the product page. We'll send you a one-time email when it's back in.
